Classically trained in ballet and modern dance, she never considered becoming an actress, but had aspirations of performing with the prestigious Alvin Ailey Dance Theater; However, her dream never materialized due to an injury suffered during a dance recital.A gifted orator, Amahre attended college and pursued a future in communications and law.
