As part of a motley group, including Cate Blanchett and Kevin Hart, they travel to a distant planet in search of riches and alien technology. Says director Eli Roth: "Ariana is a spectacular new talent in cinema. She has already worked with many of my close collaborators and everyone raves about her. She blew us all away in her audition, and I cannot wait to see her bring the wild, insane and unpredictable Tiny Tina to the big screen. She's going to blow up on screen like one of Tina's grenades." The film begins production in Budapest this month.Greenblatt was most recently seen in Paramount Picture's post-apocalyptic adventure, Love and Monsters. Released at the end of 2020, the popular film was acquired by Netflix and is slated for a Spring 2021 launch on the platform. The film received a Critics Choice Super Awards nomination in 2021 for Best Science Fiction/Fantasy Movie.She can next be seen starring opposite Gina Rodriguez and Jennifer Jason Leigh in Netflix Films, Awake, which shows us a world in which a devastating global event has wiped out all electronics and eliminated humans' ability to sleep. A former soldier (Rodriguez) may have found a solution with her daughter (Greenblatt). The film will launch in Spring 2021.Additional upcoming projects include Warner Bros dramatic musical, In the Heights, with music & lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
