His love of dancing came early and he continued to perform through his high school years. He put his dancing on hold when Utah State University recruited him to play football on a full scholarship. A neck injury during practice stopped what would have been a brilliant NFL career.Byron came back to Los Angeles and was immediately cast in several commercials for Miller Genuine Draft.
