Camila immigrated to the United States in August 2000 and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. She previously worked as a Biomedical Engineer specializing in Cardiac Medical Devices as a sales rep for implantable cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators until December 2017.In May 2018, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as an actress. She then realized her true calling as a visual storyteller after enrolling in the Directing Certificate program at UCLA Extension in April 2019.She started her career in Hollywood as the Unit Production Manager for "Ashley Jones is Perfectly Normal (2021)" and as a First Assistant Director on various short films, feature films, music videos, commercials, and promo videos.
