Christy Engle is a high school English and Creative Writing teacher from West Bloomfield, Michigan. She was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on December 18th, 1969, and moved to Michigan when she was 4. Throughout her life, Christy had been told by her friends, family and students that she should have "gone to Hollywood." At the age of 42, she finally did. However, her first role was landed in Detroit! Christy is a very happily divorced mother of 2 wonderful children ages 13 and 15. Christy began her acting debut by landing the role of Cassie Keller in A Girl Like Her. Christy aspires to be in other groundbreaking films, which will help expose the many societal ills. Until then, she will continue to mold the minds of teenagers in every capacity she can. Christy is a lover of life, people, and animals....
