Halle Arbaugh is an American screenwriter, writer and actress. She is best known for Knight of Cups (2015), Levi's: Back to Basics (2021) and Big Sur (2022). Her screenwriting work includes Big Sur (2022).After spending her childhood in Bay Village, Ohio, Arbaugh lived in Normandy, France and New Orleans, Louisiana as a teenager. She began publishing poems and short stories during high school in publications such as Highlights Magazine and Spider Magazine, and as a student in France she wrote a blog on life as an American exchange student at a French high school.After she began studying writing and screenwriting at the University of Southern California, Arbaugh was scouted by a modeling agent from IMG Models. She began working as a model and actress while a freshman at USC, and continued studying English and writing. Arbaugh has received writing awards including the Edward W. Moses Award for Creative Writing and the Generation Next Writing Award. She graduated from USC with a degree in English in 2015.Recent work includes appearing in a the Back to Basics campaign for Levi's Denim (2021).
