James Habacker is a writer, actor, director, and producer born in New York City. He is the owner and Artistic Director of the world renowned Variety theatre The Slipper Room, located in New York City. His first feature film The Cruel Tale of the Medicine Man, a dark comedy based around the bizarre world of Mr. Choade and his Grand Guignol House of Choade theatre is due to be released in early 2015. It features many downtown performance artists and luminaries. He still appears regularly on stage at The Slipper Room....
