She danced with San Francisco's Academy of Ballet for seven years before her love for the theatre started to take over. "Stepping Out" was one of her first theatre productions where she could shine as both dancer and actress.She attained her BA in both Theatre & Mathematics from Holy Names University and a Certificate of Completion from the American Conservatory of Theatre.Upon graduation, she was immediately picked up to play 'Celsa Guiterrez' in Michael Ondaatje's, "Billy the Kid" at the La Jolla Playhouse, under the direction of Tony Award winner Des McAnuff.
