About Rob Gore
Rob Gore is an American actor, known for his work in film, television and theatre. He can be seen in the Feature Film "Finn and Marco" (2018), as well as the Feature Film "Before the Dark" (2017), and Discovery Channel VR 360º film "Jailbreak" (2016) and TV show "I (Almost) Got Away with It". Rob started acting in the late 1970s in stage theatre and independent films, but credits a small role in the film "Soul Man" (1986), with actors C. Thomas Howell, James Earl Jones, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, as his first real "Hollywood" level experience.Rob attained Bachelor and Masters degrees in Theatre Arts and continued to act during college. Upon completion of his Masters degree he transitioned to the production side of film, television, and theatre. He worked as a union (I.A.T.S.E.) gaffer for the Walt Disney Company, worked various art department positions on film and television, and crewed hundreds of theatre productions. Rob is an award winning scenic and lighting designer and has also received award nominations for his directing and acting.Rob is married to his wife, the Honorable Bonnie Gore, an elected official in California. He comes from a long family line of military service and he himself is an Army veteran. Rob has an amusing habit of only wearing red socks. "Because they are electric," he says. But he stated he would wear any color socks needed for an acting role....
