Robert Mauzell is Washington DC born, Maryland raised, Harlem and Bronx New York City made....and the beat goes on! He is a graduate of Syracuse University, Syracuse NY, and he studied acting at the American Conservatory Theater , San Francisco CA. His passion for acting was primarily because of his older sister, she was involved in musical theater and used to blast Broadway classic show tunes throughout the house when they were kids. It was only a matter of time before he caught the acting bug, and in college, when the acting bug finally hit him, he embraced it, and never looked back!In NYC he studied with famed acting guru Susan Batson, Ms. Batson directed his one man show entitled Free Richard about the late great comedian Richard Pryor. The show focused on how Pryor found his voice as a comedian by turning his pain into joy....
