About Spencer Jarman
Spencer Joseph Jarman was born on August 28, 1990, in Joseph Oregon. He is the son of Greg Jarman and Micki Jarman. Jarman grew up in Joseph and attended Joseph High School, where he graduated. After graduation, he moved to Pendleton, Oregon where he enrolled at Blue Mountain Community College.During his freshman year, Jarman enrolled in a "Fundamentals of Acting Technique" elective course, where he fell in love with acting. Jarman made his stage debut as one of the G' Men in "You Can't Take it With You." Jarman saw the end of his first year and decided to move to the closest film acting hub, Portland, Oregon.Jarman then began classes and starred in his first Feature film ("American Anthem.") He went on to work in multiple short films and features, as well as having a Co-Star in NBC's "Grimm." Three years later, Jarman set his sights on Los Angeles, after working as a Wildland Firefighter, for the USFS, the summer of 2013.In Los Angeles, Jarman began classes at Margie Haber Studio, Berg Studios, Killian's Workshop, etc. Jarman then booked a national "K-Mart" commercial along with many other commercials and short films. In 2018, Jarman began writing, producing, and starring in his own short films ("Aye for an Aye," "White Knoll Hill.") In early 2019, Jarman returned to the stage for a CSC production of "Hamlet", where Jarman played Marcellus, Rosencrantz, and the Ambassador.After the 2020 pandemic, Jarman moved to Salt Lake City, Utah on a whim. Jarman has since worked on countless commercials, photoshoots, and short films. He has also had the opportunity to star in numerous features ("Undaunted, Algea: God of Pain"). Jarman currently resides in Orem, Utah with his Blue Nose Pitbull, Brando....
