Steven "Steve" Boyle is a Canadian actor, best known for portraying Sheriff Barry Bishop Jr. on CW Network's Supernatural, Dr. Dylan Turley in the police drama Angela's Eyes, and Steve on the television series Flashpoint. A committed performer and constant professional, Steve owes his continued success to hard work and learning from the many outstanding Writers, Directors, and fellow actors. Serving as an Actor at ACTRA in the Film and Television (and Motion Pictures and Film) industry, he splits time between Toronto and Los Angeles.As a previous uniformed member of one of the finest federal organizations in the world, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Steve learned while both in training and on the job experiences the importance of the core values of the force: Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, Compassion, Accountability and Respect. Through his life experiences, he further understood the importance of leadership qualities, teamwork, positive attitude, negotiating, and managing within a community.Through his extensive volunteering background including Relay For Easter Seals and raising funds to provide opportunities to children with special needs, the Lions Foundation of Canada Seeing Eye Dog Therapy Program Autism Department, Steve has gained further experience in implementing programs within the community and exceeding extraordinary challenges.As a Railroad Conductor for Canadian Pacific Railway, Mountain, Shuswap Subdivision., British Columbia, Steve was responsible for the Canadian Rail Operating Rules and Regulations as approved by the Minister of Transport, under the authority of the Railway Safety Act for use on federally regulated railways. Accountable and responsible for the safe operation and transportation of various types of Freight trains (including Transportation of Dangerous Goods) and Passenger trains. Understanding this safety critical position as a Conductor improved his abilities to operate and manage in a safety critical fashion towards the community, the environment and existing CP Rail customers.Presently, Steve furthers his career as a professional actor worldwide in Television, Film and Theatre. His experiences through acting have further developed his improvisational skills, thinking outside the box and delivering when needed. He has grown to be responsible when presenting, communicating, and improvising in live adverse and unexpected conditions. Looking for full time employment and future opportunity to grow....
