About Xan Aspero
Born Alexander Morgan Aspero, in Morristown, New Jersey, Xan is the youngest of 2 children of mother, Sally Aspero, and father Benedict V. Aspero. He has and older brother . His family is Italian on his father's side , and English, Irish, Scotch, and German on his mother's side. He was raised in New Vernon, New Jersey. Growing up, his interests were strong in foreign languages and the law. He was aspiring to be a lawyer originally in college. He started College at Catholic University in Washington DC studying foreign languages. He transferred to Seton Hall University. It was there that his interests changed from the law to film and television. For a long time, his passion was in film and acting. It was when he went to see Independence Day in 1996 that solidified his change to acting. He loved everything about it, from cinematography , action sequences, special effects, to the acting. He graduated with a B.A in Film and Television in 2001. He spent some time on the technical side with a stint as Technical Director in 2002 with KKTV, in Colorado Springs. Xan's strongest desire was to be in front of the camera. For many years he worked in the customer service industry. He was in retail, ticket and concession sales while taking acting classes. It was in 2014 that he started to break out into acting with his first role was on a reenactment documentary TV show, A Crime To Remember. He played Neal Shlayles, a news reporter covering a shooting incident on the University of Texas-Austin campus. His second role was playing Joe, a mob associate on the TV show Scorned. He also portrayed feature roles on Madam Secretary (2015) and Blindspot (2016). Xan has also worked on movies. Xan has also participated as a background actor and been featured in films. He was on Bridge Of Spies (2015) as a businessman, an independent film, Chuck (2016), Wizard Of Lies (2017), and The Torture Report (coming out, 2019) as Marco Rubio....
